Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total land price and full payment for airfare, within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to pay the deposit within the stipulated timeframe will result in the cancellation of the booking. Clients will be informed at the time of booking about the specific payment requirements. The remaining balance must be paid no less than 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required immediately. Non-payment on time will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking.
Travel costs may fluctuate due to changes in transportation costs, fuel prices, taxes, fees, and exchange rates. Surcharges may apply for peak seasons, block-out dates, or group booking changes. Airfare prices and conditions are subject to change by airlines and cannot be guaranteed. Refusal to pay any applicable surcharges may lead to booking cancellation.
Payments can be made via cash or EFT transfers into iTravel Management’s bank account. Proof of payment must be provided and confirmed by iTravel Management.
Travel arrangements do not include insurance. Clients are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance. Travel Management is not liable for any disputes with insurers or the absence of insurance cover.
Flight schedules are subject to Air Traffic Control, weather, and other conditions. Timings provided are estimates, and delays may occur. iTravel Management is not liable for such delays.
Clients must reconfirm flight details 72 hours before departure, especially for subsequent journeys. iTravel Management is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from failure to reconfirm.
Travel documents will be prepared upon full payment and receipt of the signed Booking Form. They will be ready 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Clients must verify all travel documents for accuracy before departure. iTravel Management is not liable for errors once the client departs South Africa.
Any unscheduled extensions (e.g., due to flight delays, bad weather, or strikes) are beyond iTravel Management’s control. Associated expenses are the client’s responsibility.
iTravel Management will assist with booking changes, but clients must cover all additional charges. Any extra expenses incurred after departure are the client’s responsibility. Unused services are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be notified immediately. Clients are liable for: Third-party or supplier cancellation fees. Travel Management service fees and commissions.
iTravel Management reserves the right to adjust travel arrangements if necessary. If a supplier cancels a travel component, iTravel Management is not liable.
Issues must be reported to the relevant supplier (e.g., resort or airline) immediately. If unresolved, notify iTravel Management within 24 hours. Failure to do so may affect resolution.
Clients are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, and vaccinations are in order. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after return to South Africa. iTravel Management is not liable for non-compliance or inaccurate client information.
Packages typically include taxes unless stated otherwise. Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier discretion. Renovations at hotels or charges made to client credit cards during travel are beyond iTravel Management’s responsibility.
iTravel Management is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond their control, such as wars, riots, natural disasters, or epidemics.
iTravel Management acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or irregularity caused by suppliers.
This document, along with the booking form and invoice/itinerary, constitutes the full agreement. South African law governs this agreement.
By processing a booking with iTravel Management, clients confirm they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
